Bartlett led the way in 2014 and early 2015 among new home constructions sales. Growth in Bartlett primarily took place along Old Brownsville Rd from Austin Peay Hwy to New Brunswick Rd. Cordova has also seen significant growth with most new construction taking place near N Forest Hill Irene and Berryhill. Collierville continues to see growth with new homes being sold near Wolf River Blvd and Byhalia Rd as well as Winchester Near Shea Rd. Modest growth is seen in Arlington and Lakeland as well. Finally, Fayette county is still developing with Oakland leading the way for new home sales followed by Rossville and Piperton.
Although not seeing as much growth due to lack of available vacant land, the Poplar Ave corridor continues to show demand by demonstrating stable median sale prices for homes including those located in Midtown Memphis, East Memphis, and Germantown TN.
